For example; “Discussion Meetings,” are organized for general discussion of topics relating to recovery from alcoholism, “Study Groups” gather to study and discuss any of several A.A. books and publications, or “Speaker Meetings,” which gather to listen to invited speakers share their experience, strength and hope, all of these may be either open or closed.
